The Ohlone College Multimedia Program offers classes in film production and editing for DVD and the web. MM/BRDC-110 is a hands-on introduction to digital video to develop media production skills.
Students learn techniques to shoot, edit and set the correct parameters based on video output for DVD or web publishing. Topics include preproduction, camera shots, composition, editing in Final Cut, transitions, video file formats, compression, special effects, and producing video for You Tube, Web sites, and DVD.
