Ohlone College’s Multimedia Program offers a curriculum based on the job skills needed in today’s technology driven marketplace. We work closely with an advisory board of industry professionals to identify market trends and job skills demanded by today’s top employers. Our curriculum incorporates traditional art and design with hands-on project based tasks, conceptual skills, research, cutting edge technology and business practices to provide a fully rounded experience.
Faculty
Our Multimedia instructors are professionals who not only have extensive experience in their fields but also help you prepare your portfolio for employment and/or transfer to a four-year program.
Transfer
Students leave with a wide range of skills, a multitude of options for transfer and a competitive edge in the multimedia employment marketplace. Most Multimedia classes are transferable to CSU and Ohlone College Multimedia has transfer agreements with several private colleges in Northern California.

Jobs
Job prospects in the multimedia industry expanding rapidly. Our students apply for positions as graphic designers, animators, mobile application developers, illustrators, production artists, web designers, user experience designers and game designers.
